Villa Buen Retiro, with its two apartments, is the ideal place where to spend a holiday discovering the magnificent territory of the Valle d’Itria and upper Salento and the beautiful beaches such as Capitolo, Savelletri, Torre Canne, Monopoli.
Villa Buen Retiro is a brand new villa offering two self-contained apartments: Buen Retiro1 and Buen Retiro2, connected, in case, by an external door that can be opened on request, with a total accommodation capacity for up to 9 people.
Buen Retiro 1
“Buen Retiro 1” accommodates up to 4 people, who can take advantage of : a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom, complete with all services (large shower, sink, bidet and toilet with vacuum cleaner), a twin bedroom, a large bathroom and a living room kitchen very bright and spacious, equipped with all comforts and charming furnished. Free wifi indoor, air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets. Buen Retiro 1 has outdoor spaces for the exclusive use of its guests:a cozy veranda equipped with table and chairs, a spacious patio overlooking the pool, equipped with a comfortable table, chairs and sun loungers and a living roof of about 90 square meters equipped as a solarium area, with hot and cold shower.
Buen Retiro 2
“Buen Retiro 2” accommodates up to 5 people, who can take advantage of two comfortable double rooms with en-suite bathroom, complete with all services (large shower, sink, bidet and toilet with extractor fan), and a bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious bathroom and a very bright and spacious kitchen with a large window door overlooking the patio and equipped with sunbeds and chairs, with hot and cold shower and a beautiful garden of aromatic plants.
Free wi-fi in all rooms, air conditioning and heating.
Access to the pool and solarium only if the villa is rented entirely ( Buen Retiro 1 together with Buen Retiro 2 ).
